Or skip the learning curve and build it with us in Paris.
October 26–30, 2026. Five days inside a private castle outside Paris, turning the concepts from the webinar into a working system you can take home.
Day 01 · Mon 26
Arrive And Lock Your Target
Settle into the castle. Meet the room. Before anything gets built, we clarify exactly who your buyer is, what your product solves and which content angle your category responds to. Nothing gets built on assumptions.
You leave day one with: your audience locked, your content angle identified and a short list of winning formats in your niche already pulled apart.
Day 02 · Tue 27
Build Your Characters
This is the day the creators come to life. Audience, positioning, appearance, voice, backstory, casting decisions, platform strategy. You'll build at least two locked characters with full reference sets, and render your first video before dinner.
You leave day two with: two characters that look like real people, not AI art projects, plus your first video rendered and reviewed.
Day 03 · Wed 28
Build The Engine
Winning-content research. Hook dissection. Script adaptation. AI video generation at volume. Product integration. Variations. Publishing setup. Tracking. Iteration. This is the longest day and the one where the system goes from concept to running.
You leave day three with: a script bank, a batch of finished videos, accounts set up and posting, and attribution tracking live.
Day 04 · Thu 29
The Room Behind Closed Doors
The laptops close. The conversations open. Private dinners with the operators who just built the same thing you did. This is where partnerships form, deals get made and the relationships that outlast the event take shape. Every past ESS attendee says the same thing: the room was worth more than the sessions.
You leave day four with: the people, not the slides.
Day 05 · Fri 30
Take The System Home
Final build review. Your operating roadmap for months one through three. The handoff plan for your VA or team. The maintenance rhythm that keeps the system producing after Paris. And the one question that decides what happens next: do you run this yourself, or do you want us to run it for you?
You leave day five with: everything, packaged to survive the flight home.
Limited seats. Application required. Full details will be shared during the live webinar.
